Billie has been on her own since she was 16 years old. She has been supporting herself financially since then. When she was unable to keep up with rent, she was evicted and found her way to PWO. While at The House, Billie worked three jobs. She was able to pay off thousands of dollars in debt as well as save a great deal. She was able to move out of state towards friends after 10 months. Billie is becoming more confident in personal relationships and knows that it is up to her to choose who she keeps close to her. She is learning to set boundaries for her own mental health and well-being.
