Noelle

Noelle’s stay at The House was short. Noelle, a young woman on SSD, found respite at The House and used her time at The House to apply for public housing with the Housing Authority.  After two months at The House, Noelle transitioned to her new apartment in a more remote area of PA.  Phoenixville Women’s Outreach assisted Noelle’s move by transporting her and helping her to get settled into her new home. Like many of our clients, Noelle has chosen not to give out her contact information or stay in contact with PWO due to safety concerns.  Although PWO strives to be a valuable resource for our graduates even after they leave The House, we understand Noelle’s concerns and wish her well on her journey towards independence.
