Jenny

Jenny, a 22 year old college student, became homeless while fleeing an abusive relationship. The House gave Jenny the space she needed to focus on her physical, mental, social, and financial health. At the House Jenny was able to continue her schooling while also obtaining part time employment. Through hard work and determination, Jenny balanced the rigorous PWO housing program, her school work, and her employment. Jenny got up to date with her medical needs and started focusing on her mental health through participation in counseling. Jenny was also able to focus on building new and healthy relationships with her classmates and coworkers, which greatly increased her network of support. After 7 months at the House Jenny was able to move on to her own apartment.
